OUR STORY
Founded in West London in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, Al Waseelah was established as a Poverty Relief Charity Organisation to strengthen communities and support vulnerable people globally. What began as an initiative has grown into a compassionate movement.
A CHARITY BUILT BY ORDINARY PEOPLE
We are proudly run entirely by volunteers from all walks of life – professionals, students, parents and retirees – who give their time sincerely, without financial gain, because as a Poverty Relief Charity Organisation, we believe every donation should reach those who need it most.
HOW WE STARTED
We began by making and selling food packages and second-hand items locally and online. As restrictions eased, we organised events and stalls in our community. Today, we proudly host and participate in fairs and gatherings that bring people together for a greater purpose and lasting impact.
