How We Protect People

We are committed to ensuring that:

  • Staff, volunteers, and trustees follow safe working practices
  • Concerns are reported, recorded, and acted upon appropriately

Reporting a Concern

If you have any concerns about the safety or well-being of an individual connected to our work, please contact us immediately. We encourage early reporting so that concerns can be addressed quickly and appropriately.

Our Response

When a safeguarding concern is raised:

  • It is treated with urgency and confidentiality
  • It is reviewed by the appropriate safeguarding lead or trustee
  • Appropriate action is taken in line with our safeguarding procedures
  • External authorities may be contacted where necessary

We take all safeguarding concerns seriously, regardless of how small they may seem. Every report helps us ensure a safer environment for everyone involved in our work.
